Our Story
It all started with two lads from Glasgow who shared a love of good times and great food.
Inspired by their desire to find better ways to do things, they set about putting the best bits of their favourite brands together, with one aim: Great food for good, honest, hard-working people (just like them!).
And so Black Rooster was born in Duke Street, Glasgow, in 2017.
The quality of our food has been our top priority since day one, and our name reflects that. The black rooster is the rarest type of rooster you can find, and our name stands to represent the pride taken in providing top quality food and experiences, regardless if you’re a fan of hot and spicy or mild and tasty. Just like the black rooster, we like to think of ourselves as a bit of a hidden gem.
Black Rooster is now the largest and fastest growing food franchise to come out of Scotland, and we continue to grow and develop into new communities every year.
